By providing classes and workshops for every level we do our best to ensure that our content is useful and easy to digest. As they say, when you look good you feel good and we want every young girl to feel good and love who she is naturally. As former Girl Scouts it is our great pleasure to help the next generation of leaders be the best they can be!

With equal parts strength building and real talk on the bias and barriers girls face, our Lean In Girls curriculum teaches girls to embrace their leadership superpowers and reject limiting stereotypes about what girls can’t do.

In addition to providing a leadership curriculum where participants learn to embrace their leadership superpowers and reject limiting stereotypes about what girls can’t do, Lean In Girls has launched the @Raising Lean In Girls Facebook Group. This group is a place for caregivers of girls and young teens who identify with the girlhood experience. You’ll find tips, real talk, and inspiration from our Lean In Girls team and other caregivers on topics that are critical to empowering girls to be self-assured, resilient, and inclusive leaders.

Try a full body scan. Start at one end of your body and focus on each body part one at a time. Soften and relax. Take several deep breaths.
Don't be afraid to take a moment to yourself. Find a quiet space where you can focus and be still.
Take in the people and activities around you. If you're comfortable, express your gratitude out loud.
Share your excitement with someone close to you!
Write down any ideas you have so you can share them later.
